Agile Tracker is a spreadsheet template for creating and maintaining a backlog, monitoring and tracking progress against the plan and understanding whether a project is on track, ahead or behind schedule.
The tool consists of a single spreadsheet pre-filled with example stories for a 12 weeks release cycle. Also we added a lot of comments to the spreadsheet to explain more details.
